This Course is for people who are new to Mediation as well for the ones who doing Meditation on a regular basis. Martina will guide you through different kind of Meditation from active to passive. She believes for everybody is a Meditation type existing, which suites them best. And as life is always changing, your Meditation type might change as well!
From her experience, she knows how many people struggling with Meditation because our mind needs to process so much more than a few hundreds of years ago. It's time to adapt the Meditation to our modern living, and for this, she will add on Breath-work.
This will help you step off your gas-paddle and onto your brake to a conscious break for yourself!
Breath-work is an elevator to coming into this "rest and digest state" of our parasympathetic nervous system, which helps us enter the meditation practice more easily. The autonomic nervous system controls our breath, but we can also control our breath in specific pattern access it. Which has a significant impact on our organic functions, well-being and conciseness.
