This course is for people who are new to mediation as well for the ones who are doing meditation on a regular basis. Martina will guide you through different kinds of meditations - from active to passive. She believes there is a meditation technique that exists to suit every individual best. As life is always changing, your meditation type might change as well!

From her experience, she knows how many people struggle with meditation because our mind needs to process so much more now compared to a few hundred years ago. It's time to adapt the meditation to our modern lives, and for this, she will add on breathwork. 

This will help you step off the gas peddle and onto to a conscious break for yourself!

Meditation is a beautiful tool for coming into consciousness. It is about improving perception and a healthy perspective. It's not about trying to sit still in a lotus seat like a buddha, shut off your feelings and/or thoughts. With Meditation, you will learn to look at your thoughts and feelings without judgment and learn to understand yourself better.


Breathwork is a tool that brings our parasympathetic nervous system into "rest and digest state". This helps us enter the meditation practice more easily. The autonomic nervous system controls our breath, but we can also control our breath with specific patterns to access it. It has a significant impact on our organic functions, well-being and conciseness.
