This Course is for all people who want to get calm and looking for regeneration and well-being on a holistic level. As an experienced Yin Yoga teacher and Breathwork teacher, Martina will guide you through various Yin sequences and add specific breathing techniques. With this, you will leave with ease your everyday life behind and enter the “rest & digest mode” to integrate. You do not need any previous experience!

Yin Yoga is a very gentle, passive yoga-style where we hold the asanas (postures) in a comfortable position between 3-7 minutes to work into the deep fasciae. The postures are mostly in a sitting or lying position. Therefore is Yin, an easily accessible style of Yoga for many people.

Yin Yoga helps us on a physical level (to reopen stuck fasciae, understand better our own anatomy, and recognise limitations) and at the same time on a mental level (to perceive emerging thoughts & emotions and to get a better understand ourselves).


The breath is probably one of our body's most self-evident functions, which is regulated by our autonomic nervous system without our intervention. Therefore, it is often not given much attention, but it has a significant impact on our mental and physical health. It is essential to understand that breath is the key to our autonomic nervous system. You will get to know different breathing techniques which will be your anchor in physical and mental stressful times.
