Martina Drechsel – Breathwork Coach & Yoga Teacher
Over the last ten years, I have participated in various types of international training and workshops on body, mind, and emotions (energies). I believe that the most powerful skill in life is to understand ourselves holistically; everything else evolves from that. This inspired me to set up a Breathwork Retreat Center in Sri Lanka, where I guide people through a life-changing process of reconnection using various tools. In the past 7 years, I have held over 60 international intensive Breathwork & Yoga retreats and several workshops in Europe.
I am a certified 760-hour yoga teacher (Hatha, Synergy, Yin), a 400-hour breathwork facilitator from Alchemy of Breath, and a Reiki and NLP practitioner. I am currently training with Patrick Mackeown of Buteyko Clinic International to become a Buteyko Breathing Instructor.
